Job Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning and Implementation: Responsible for company market strategic planning according to company strategy and market conditions. Develop annual and long-term marketing strategies and product development plans, and drive their implementation.
2.Marketing Plan Development and Execution: Develop and organize the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to ensure that the direction and progress of marketing activities align with company strategy.
3.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct industry analysis and research, collect dynamic competitor information, conduct market forecasting and intelligence analysis, and provide strong support for company decision-making.
4.Product Launch and Market Positioning: Coordinate market research and positioning for product launches, as well as internal and external training and communication efforts.
5.Team Collaboration and Communication: Organize business presentations, project coordination meetings, etc. Responsible for effective communication with partner organizations and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1.Marketing and Brand Management Experience: Possess over 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management, with preference given to those with experience in the food industry.
2.Planning and Execution Abilities: Demonstrated success in large-scale marketing campaigns, capable of planning and executing effective brand promotion and brand operation activities.
3.Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze internal company, market, competitor, and customer information and develop product and market strategies within the framework of company strategic planning.
4.Business and Market Awareness: Possess sensitive business and market awareness, capable of accurately assessing market trends, analyzing problems, proposing solutions, and possessing excellent resource integration and business advancement capabilities.
5.Leadership and Professionalism: Strong commitment to the job, pragmatic and practical, with strong implementation capabilities, as well as certain leadership and team collaboration spirit.
